Les Rubenovitch

As President of Winning Edge, Les provides strategic direction for the company and actively refines its offerings in anticipation of changing market needs.  Les’ approach has always been to first gain an understanding of the client’s culture, goals and challenges and then he and his team actively work with the business owner and those that are implicated in the new directions or changes.

Mr. Rubenovitch was closely aligned with Gazelles, an international organization dedicated to profitably growing companies, for 15 years as the Master Trainer,  providing Certification Training for over 250 Gazelles coaches, worldwide.

Les’ career began with IBM in the 1980s, where he held National Marketing and Sales positions in their midrange division and then joined a Canadian chain of computer resellers.  Les assisted in building the chain into Canada’s largest network of franchise computer stores.  Les then led 140 sales people and grew revenues by over 50% in less than two years.  He also successfully established the Canadian presence for one of the world’s largest software-licensing companies.

Les lends his expertise as an advisory board member to privately held companies.  He has been interviewed for Huffington Post, contributed to CNNmoney.com’s Ask the Expert column, and other traditional publications.  Rubenovitch has a Bachelor of Commerce, Cum Laude with a Major in Marketing and a Minor in Management from Concordia University.  He is a McGill University Advanced Business Management graduate.
